If you are attending the University of Worcester Open Day on Saturday 2nd November or Sunday 1st December, London Northwestern Railway and West Midlands Railway can provide you complimentary travel to the event.
University is a fun, but scary time for students looking at studying for their dream job, so, at London Northwestern Railway we thought, why not try and make their lives a little easier by offering train travel advice along with complimentary travel on their university Open Day?
If you have already registered for the University of Worcester Open day on Saturday 2nd November or Sunday 1st December, you should have received your invitation from the university by email. If you haven’t then please contact the university directly to ask them to provide this to you.
On receiving your email from the University of Worcester, you should have found your e-voucher embedded into your invite. This is your complimentary pass courtesy of us. If you received a West Midlands Trains scratch card instead, provided again from the university, this is still valid on both Open Days.
Please note that you will need to show your voucher to a member of our team to gain free travel on the day. The voucher entitles you to free travel across both West Midland Trains companies, which includes London Northwestern Railway and West Midlands Railway .
If you did not use our service at the beginning of your journey and you need to change trains on to one of ours, do not worry, you can still use the voucher for the remainder of your journey if opting to travel with us at the end.

Any passengers claiming the free travel to the University of Worcester Open Days are advised that to be eligible they must first register with the university and follow instructions to claim their complimentary day pass from London Northwestern Railway staff in advance of travel, London Northwestern Railway staff cannot allow free travel without the valid pass which will provided directly from the University of Worcester Open Day registration email and is only valid for travel either Saturday 2nd November or Sunday 1st December.
