Free WiFi

Whether you’re surfing, shopping or staying in touch with friends, our free onboard WiFi service means you're connected on the move.

It couldn’t be easier. Once you're on board our trains, select “LOOP on train WiFi” from the list of available networks in your WiFi settings. If it's your first time, you’ll need to register your details. But next time, you can log on by just entering your email address.

Frequently asked questions

Once you’re on the train you’ll be able to connect to “LOOP on train WiFi”. On board WiFi is subject to availability.

By combining 3G and 4G mobile data signals along the route, we’ll keep you connected - for free - where we can as we travel along our route.

You’ll need to enter your name and email address to log onto our WiFi, but it’s up to you whether you’d like to receive news and offers from us. If you’d rather not receive marketing materials from us, just untick the box – you’ll still be able to use the WiFi.

To make sure everyone can enjoy a reliable connection, we limit connection speed and access to some video and music streaming sites, file sharing sites, as well as those with content that’s not suitable for an open public network.

Our free WiFi uses several 3G and 4G signals, so the quality of the internet connection will vary depending on where you are along our route and how many people are using the free WiFi at any one time.

If you lose your connection, we’re probably just passing through an area with a weak signal. If this happens, there’s no need to reconnect. As soon as the signal improves, you’ll be connected again automatically.

WiFi is completely free for your entire journey.

We’re keeping our passengers connected by offering on-board WiFi wherever we can along our routes. Due to the nature of the 3G and 4G mobile connections, speeds and connectivity will vary depending on where we are and how many people are online.

As we’ve made our WiFi free for all passengers, it’s not a service that’s included with your ticket price and we’ll be unable to make any refunds.

If your device doesn’t connect automatically please contact the Wi-Fi support team. Our Wi-Fi support team is dedicated to supporting you during your journey. The team is here to help with any issues or questions you may have when using our Wi-Fi service. You can contact the team on 0208 028 0385 or by emailing [email protected]

Although the network is an open network, we’ve implemented lots of safeguards, so it shouldn’t be possible for other users to get unauthorised access to your device. That said, we recommend that you always make sure you’re connected to the right network and keep your firewall and anti-virus software up to date. This will help you to keep your data safe.

By accessing our on board WiFi, you accept these Terms & Conditions and expressly agree that they will govern its use. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, please do not access on board WiFi.
