Customer Experience

Our Customer Experience team is all about delivering great journeys, whether on board, at stations, or through customer engagement in our Customer Communications and Customer Strategy positions. If you have strong interpersonal skills, experience in customer-facing roles, or expertise in areas like PR, this team is for you.

  • Support customers with complaints, enquiries, and feedback on our services.

  • Communicate with passengers by phone, email, post, and online.

  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider LNR network to deliver excellent services.

Finance and Procurement

Train Planning and Timetabling
