You can book your business group travel train tickets up to 2 months in advance, with a minimum of 10 days' notice, to secure your discount. To book group travel for your team, complete our group travel form and our team will be in touch to finalise your tickets.
Groups of 10 or more colleagues travelling together on LNR services save up to 26% on their train fares. This discount applies to our less busy services, providing significant cost savings for attending conferences, meetings and team away days.
No, our corporate group travel savings cannot be combined with other rail discounts, such as Railcards. Instead, our group travel booking offers teams up to 26% off their train fare, which is applied to your booking when organising your trip with our dedicated team.
When booking your business group travel with LNR, our group travel team will provide a booking confirmation via email detailing your itinerary, total cost and booking reference. We can also provide receipts for your trip, making it easy to coordinate sign-offs with finance teams.
If you need to cancel your entire team booking, our group travel team can process a full refund prior to the departure date. We are unable to offer partial refunds or individual ticket cancellations if a few colleagues drop out after the booking has been finalised.
To qualify for the group travel discount, all members of your team must travel together on the same LNR services and route specified on your group ticket. If colleagues need to join from different local lines along the LNR network, they will either need to be booked on separate group bookings of 10 or more or purchase individual business tickets via our Just Business platform.
There is no upper limit on group sizes when booking through LNR, as long as there are at least 10 people included on the booking. For larger groups, we recommend submitting your request as far in advance as possible so we can ensure maximum space and comfort for your team on board.
