Late notice changes to our timetable

We're experiencing some short-term operational issues and we've had to make changes to our planned timetable - some of our trains will be cancelled and some have been changed.

These changes are in addition to any planned improvement work or any ongoing incidents shown in our Travel Updates.

What are my options?

Delay Repay

If you're delayed by 15 minutes or more, you may be entitled to Delay Repay compensation. Keep hold of your ticket and submit your claim online within 28 days.
