Advance Single Tickets
The 50% off code is available on Advance tickets to/from London Euston only. Advance tickets are for single journeys, but you can combine tickets to create your whole journey, including your return. They must be bought in advance and are only valid on the date and train specified. They're super limited, but super cheap.

Please note: Between 29 March and 1 April 2024 there will be no services to London Euston due to engineering works.
There may be some reasons as to why your code isn't working. But not to worry, it may be a small fix!
- The code is case-sensitive. Please ensure your code matches the lowercase and capital letters as your unique code on your email. An easy way to do this, is to copy and paste it from your email straight into the London Northwestern Railway app.
- Ensure you have selected 'our trains only' filter in the 'Advanced search options' area on your app. Not doing so will mean an error message will appear.
- Ensure you are not selecting 'open return'. Advance tickets are one-way tickets and therefore will not work as an 'open return' ticket. Therefore, you must select 'return' and input your return time.
- Ensure there are no more than nine tickets in your basket (adults or children). The code is only valid for up to nine people per basket.
- Ensure you have selected 'London Euston' as your destination. We do not serve other London stations.
- Ensure you are purchasing Advance tickets. Advance tickets are not available from all stations. See the 'Which stations can I travel from' FAQ for a list of stations
- Tickets are not available to buy for trains to London between 29 March - 1 April due to engineering works by Network Rail. These tickets will not show.
- Tickets are only available on West Midlands Trains services (operator of West Midlands Railway and London Northwestern Railway) Advance tickets to London Euston.
- Our codes are limited and are done on a first come, first served basis. Once they're gone, they're gone.
