Any passengers requiring step free access are advised to get off at Hemel Hempstead station, where a six seater wheelchair accessible taxi with a ramp will operate a half hour shuttle service. There will be no car park available until December 2026.

Please note: Platform 4 is the only step free platform at Apsley station, which is used for southbound services, towards London Euston.
