No, the sale tickets are valid only on London Northwestern Railway (LNR) and West Midlands Railway (WMR) services for the specific route shown on your ticket. They are not valid on services operated by other train companies.

To get your discount code, you must sign up to London Northwestern Railway’s online form. Your unique code will be sent via your email within 24 hours. Please check your inbox, and your junk folders.

Once you receive your unique discount code to your email. You can redeem the code via our London Northwestern Railway app:

• Enter your origin and destination station
• Enter your unique promotional code (the code is case sensitive and must be entered as shown in your email)
• Select the ‘our trains only’ filter
• Tap search

Eligible discounts will be shown on London Northwestern Railway Advance journeys.

Your code may not work if:

• You have not entered your unique promotional code correctly. The codes are case sensitive and must be entered as shown in your email.
• You are entering your code via our website. Please try using our London Northwestern Railway app.
• There are no Advance tickets left for your journey date. Advance tickets are our cheapest fares and are subject to availability, meaning, once they're gone, they’re gone!
• You are trying to travel to London Euston from an origin station that Advance tickets to London are not permitted. Advance tickets are only available on our longer distance routes. Please refer to our Advance ticket map to London that highlights what stations you can travel from.
• You have entered a destination station that is not London Euston.
• You have already used your promotional code. Your unique promotional code can only be used once.
• You are 15 and under and are not travelling with an adult.

6. You can only claim your promotional code between 27.04.26 – 11.05.26 but can redeem and travel between 28.04.26 – 22.06.26
7. The offer can only be used for purchases made via the London Northwestern Railway app.

9. Each discount code is valid for one transaction only.
