  1. Enter your origin and destination station
  2. Enter your unique promotional code (the code is case sensitive and must be entered as shown in your email)

Your code may not work if:

  • You have not entered your unique promotional code correctly. The codes are case sensitive and must be entered as shown in your email.

  • There are no Advance tickets left for your journey date. Advance tickets are our cheapest fares and are subject to availability, meaning, once they're gone, they’re gone!
  • You are trying to travel on a route that Advance tickets are not available. Advance tickets are only available on our longer distance routes.
  • You have already used your promotional code. Your unique promotional code can only be used once.
  • You are 15 and under and are not travelling with an adult.

Yes, children aged 5-15 are eligible for half-price fares. Children under 5 travel free.

  1. One discount code will be made available per account.

  1. You can only claim your promotional code between 03.08.26 – 17.08.26 but can redeem and travel up until 22.09.26

  1. The offer can only be used for purchases made via the London Northwestern Railway app.

  1. Unique discount codes are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

  1. Each discount code is valid for one transaction only.

  1. The promotion is available for purchases up to a maximum of two adults and two children.

  1. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with a Railcard.

  1. Child discounts are included.
