Book trains to London

So, without further ado, here are just some things you can do at Pride in London this year.

March with the parade

Join in London’s Pride Parade on Saturday 2 July, where thousands of people will march in support of the LGBTQIA+ community, alongside hundreds of floats and groups singing and dancing through Central London and the West End.

To mark the 50th anniversary, London’s Pride Parade route will follow the same route as the very first UK march back in 1972. The march will begin at Hyde Park Corner and will go through Piccadilly Circus, Haymarket; finally finishing at Trafalgar Square.

The Parade is completely free to attend, so why not grab your sparkles, dress head to toe in every colour of the rainbow, and jump on board one of our cheap trains to London for an epic day of celebrations?

Support Pride’s Got Talent

Entering its tenth year in the spotlight, Pride’s Got Talent is a show that just keeps on growing. And, with a sensational night of live music, cabaret, and variety acts, it is one show you will not want to miss.

As well as being judged by an industry recognised panel, winners will also receive a prize package including £1000 and a headline slot at Pride in London’s festival at Trafalgar Square on Saturday 2 July.

Tickets to the final at Her Majesty’s Theatre, London, are available to book online now.

Take the celebrations to Soho

Many of London’s gay bars are in and around Soho, which is traditionally known as the centre of London’s LGBT+ scene. Nevertheless, London has plenty of LGBT+ friendly bars and clubs that span across the whole city.

Away from the main Parade, Soho always has a buzzing atmosphere, perfect for Pride, with many pubs and bars to explore.

Rated 4.5 stars on Tripadvisor is Comptons of Soho . Built on the site of the 200-year-old Swiss Hotel, Comptons has been at the centre of London’s gay scene since the 1980s and is now one of London’s most celebrated LGBT+ venues.

Another popular LGBT+ bar in London includes the Admiral Duncan .

The Admiral Duncan is in the heart of Soho and has been operating since the early nineteenth century. With plenty of history behind its belt, today it remains a friendly and humble bar in London that is also known to attract a few famous Ru Paul Drag Race UK queens, like Baga Chipz!

If a more upbeat atmosphere is more your vibe, then London’s Ku Bar is a contender. The ground floor operates a bright and modern space with video screens playing popular chart hits, whilst downstairs is even more of a party with pop and dance remixes to enjoy.

Book and attend an event

There’s no need to restrict your Pride celebrations to just one day. Coming Out is Pride in London’s new all-year-round calendar for LGBT+ events across the capital. A perfect platform where supporters and organisations from the LGBT+ community can showcase their events all in one place.

From Drag Bingo to single soirees and webinars to Jukebox singalongs, there’s something for everyone.
