Our Strategy

Our strategy is aligned to our business plans, values and vision. In it we outline how we will communicate our plans, aspirations, opportunities and challenges to the many stakeholders and partners we work with, as well as how we will measure our success.

Communications and Strategic Engagement: How it works

We work with a wide variety of organisations and individuals in communicating what we are doing, how we are doing it and doing so in a positive, open and transparent way.

This includes:

  • What we are saying on social media
  • Our interaction with other organisations including MPs, local authorities, rail users and across our communities, as well as partners and the media.
